DIRECTIONS

Place the bars over the top of the door, then close and lock the door to secure the straps. Adjust the seat height with the strap locks, then use the seat and position the lower straps under your ankles or thighs. Use the upper straps as hand grips as needed.

Best investment

This flyer is so comfortable and is even for a plus size girl comfortable supporting and it makes me feel more in control. It also is enjoyed by my husband who loves how I get more confident every time we use it is now a staple in our spicy time. This is something I totally think all women should try at least once or twice in their lifetime.

If you are thinking about purchasing the swing. Just get it! You will not regret it. Very sturdy easy set up on the door. Comfortable. Easy on the body as you are supported by the stirrups. Helps Fights muscle fatigue for him and her. Very playful and fun. If you are looking to spice things up, this is for you!
