Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped within 4 business days after the order is placed.
Typically, orders placed after the 12:00 PM EST deadline will be shipped on the following business day.
It's important to note that our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is picked up by the carrier. This includes all Expedited Shipping methods.
Delivery dates are subject to carrier and weather delays and should be used as an estimate only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
To ensure the fastest, most secure delivery, your order may be split into multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number.
Shipments to HI, AK, and APO addresses may take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. Special shipping promotions do not apply to these locations.
International Shipments may be delayed 5-7 business days before leaving the US for customs preparation.
Perfumes and Aerosols are not eligible for 2-Day Express. Special shipping promotions do not apply to this service.

30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Additionally, all returns must include any original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.
Product Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty in the form of a store credit on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
Return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To initiate a return for merchandise credit, simply navigate to the "Contact" section located at the bottom of our website. Click on "Return Order" and provide your Order Number to begin the return process. Your Order Number is essential to start the return process.
