30-Day Return Policy

At Its Cassidy Bybee , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Additionally, all returns must include any original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
